Built to Spill @ Mr. Small's, Again (April 28th)
The new Built to Spill album You in Reverse is pretty damn good, even though the early leak I have includes a Who is Mike Jones? "watermark." Doug Martsch and the boys will be stopping by at Pittsburgh's only venue that can hold them, Mr. Small's. I'll have to sit this one out. Either my wife will be ready to drop or I'll have a fresh new baby kid. Parenthood already sucks! (Just kidding future offspring.)
Matt, back in the day the womanfolk used to give birth right in the fields and return to work. Don't start coddling her now, just politely inform her you're going to see a great band, get drunk and have a really good time while she watches the offspring. Inform also to the fact that you'd like not be disturbed in your drunken slumber and that any night time baby duty will fall on her and if possible could she whip up some sausage and eggs in the morning cuz it always helps with the hangovers. nuff said.
