Hardcore in Millvale

So I'm watching the evening news last night and the lead story on KDKA-2 is the police presence at a local music venue. There are not many music venues in this town so it turns out to be Mr. Small's. Uh oh, this isn't good. A bunch of punks spilled into the street after the owner of Mr. Small's kicked them out for being too violent at a "hardcore" show. Whatever hardcore means these days?

Anyhow, the story immediately turns to local Millvale yinzers pleading for the club to be shutdown. Yinzers proclaimed that the club doesn't belong in a residential area and should be moved to the Strip District.

The club probably won't last the Summer. Hooray for Pittsburgh's ever shrinking music scene! Not that Mr. Small's was pulling in many shows anyhow. They booked a Dave Matthews tribute band for June. How lame is that?

What was the band called? I think an appropriate name for a tribute band should be how their fans are. So they Dave Matthews Band tribute would called "Frat guys with bongs," the Kiss tribute band could be called "Skullets and Pot Bellies."

The "hardcore" band was called Terror. The name of the Dave Matthews tribute band is "The Dave Matthews Tribute Band." The lameness is killing me.

why don't we shut down millvale and leave the club open. it would do wonders if we just exterminated all the inbreds and old people ala the final solution and of course it would be much easier to park for shows even if it is a dave matthews tribute band. soon the only place to see live music will be in shitty, little, art galleries with horrible sound systems and NO BEER, and i know they won't last long. death to millvale long live mr. smalls.

Please, Please, Please, review the cinematic genius that is "Riding the Bus with my Sister", Rosie O'Donnell as a fat retard in bad clothes was pure casting brilliance. This movie may have topped the great "Spring Break Shark Attack". I know I'm torn at which one to give the emmy to but i do know that FRR (fat retard rosie) is definetly taking home best supporting actress for her spot on potrayal of the mentally challenged. Move over Dustin Hoffman, Move over Leonardo Dicaprio, here comes the raging lesbo.
