Attack of the Clowns

I get a weekly email from Ticketmaster letting me know what is coming up in the Pittsburgh area. This week they highlighted the fact that the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is coming to town. Unfortunately, they included the creepy picture on the right. Is that a clown gang bang?
