Recycle Now Or Else
In the cash strapped City of Pittsburgh, city officials have some odd priorities. Apparently, recycling has come to the forefront as one of Pittsburgh's top priorities. In a city that is going to run out of cash, it seems kind of odd that city government will pay public works employees overtime to root through city residence's garbage to see if they have their cans and bottles in the approved blue plastic bags. One can only hope that this bug will fly out of the city's ass sooner rather than later.

If i was you, Matt, i'd start crapping in my trash bag. That will teach them a lesson about rooting through people's garbage.

In all seriousness though, I love the fact that you are mandated to seperate your trash so they can make more money. I am all for recycling but if you don't want to you shouldn't have to and like that York county area, go ahead and cut my bill down if I recycle you will be suprised what people will do for $1.00 off the bill per quarter.

We need to make a buck any way we can and if that means paying overtime to the hard working public works department because you are to irresponsible to separate your garbage than so be it. Those boys will vote for me come hell or high water. By the way blogster, if you do have a bug up your ass you are in violation of the entertainment license regualation. This means you'll have to submit the proper forms to the city, county and of course Mr. Santorum because he oversees everything with ass entertainment. Consider this your warning. You will soon be fined $100 dollars a day until said papers are in the proper hands. Thank you your mayor.
